Since the evolution, from the start of humanity, distinction between men and women is in our life. Not only in humanity but also in nature, distinction between male and female can be observed. Just like in humanity, female animals are generally responsible for caretaking while male ones hunt and find food for the rest of the family. So, it can be easily said that gender differences are everywhere. After the industrial revolution, this issue becomes more significant because women get in a lower position. After the realising of human rights, idea of being equal comes up and many articles written about the gender differences and how it is come into existence. In general, there are two common remarks about distinction between two sexes. Firstly some researchers and scientists like Stephanie Garrett, Stacy L. Smith, Cynthia Kennard and Lila Leibamitz indicates that gender differences are created by society and they are coming from nurture. They believe that education, social life, culture and religion, family and individuals cause gender differences. As they take up cudgels for, gender differences are learnt. This was the common belief for many years but in recent years, some researchers like Virgin Adams, Pamera Weintraub, Erik Erikson and Harriet Hall vindicate that the significant occasion for gender differences are coming from nature. They prove that the building block for life, cells, can be the reason for gender differences. Hormones which determine our gender is also affecting our brains, behaviours and physical differences. So, these two idea constitute nature side and nurture side of the debate. In this work, it is going to analysed both of the debates and their superior so that stereotyping (especially for women) and negative effects of gender differences may faded away. Although there are many evidences that indicate gender differences are a reason of environmental factors like society, family, education or culture, latest research studies demonstrate that the superior reason of it actually comes from hormones, brain activities and behaviours which are the main components for nature.
