I also have a memorable experience about cooperating with others. As an international student, I wanted to improve my leadership skills and to know more about global issues. In the beginning, I joined the global leadership program and tried to complete the project by myself because I did not want to share my opinion with others. After noticing the small efficiency of my uncompleted work, I realized the importance of working with others. Each team member has the opportunity to contribute his or her perspective to the project in order to achieve the biggest success. Through cooperating with my classmates on the second project, I found my fault and tried to listen to other people's ideas. Finally, we easily completed the task. Now I become more confident to present my project in public because I have learned a lot from teamwork. Teamwork lets Homer and I both overcome difficulties by devoting less effort. Working together with others can make a perfect ending and achieve success. Making problems easier to solve is a big change which is a benefit of teamwork.
Learning from others is a common behavior with huge advantages, which is caused by teamwork. The reason is that different people have different unique abilities. Through teamwork, the sharing of different abilities can make each of the members more successful in the future. When Homer comes up with the idea of making the rocket, he tries to ask his friends to do this challenge with him together, especially Quentin Wilson, who suffers disdain from others at the beginning. He knows that Quentin is good at science and math, and he can get some useful ideas from him. When he asks Quentin for help, Quentin says, "What do you want to know about rockets? .invented by China" It shows that Quentin knows a lot though his social interaction is worse than others. Both Quentin and Homer have different advantages. Miss Riley also gives Homer a science book and he learns how to calculate the trajectory of a rocket.
