Women in Nazis Germany

More than 800,000 newlyweds took the offer, the loan was actually never intended to be fully paid back. Instead of paying the full loan off, newlywed couples should decrease the amount by reproducing( Meaning having children, as many as possible was Hitler's plan). A couple having one child meant that 25% of the loan did not have to be paid back. For every child born, 25% of the loan was erased, so a couple with four children meant that the loan did not have to be paid back. .
The aim of this law could not be any simpler; to encourage newlyweds to procreate as much as possible. This strategy of Hitler's was not for a massive population explosion within Germany, but instead Hitler had a much more sinister agenda. Hitler needed to have young boys to fill the shoes of the future soldiers of Germany. In 1943 Hitler and other high-ranking Nazi leaders went as far as to try to pass a law that every couple needed to have at least four children, and for those whose couple had a father with four or more off springs, was to be released to produce more offspring's with another woman. This law never came into effect because even within the high command of the Nazis, some realized that such a law would create social mayhem. Because of the fact that so many women and men would be against such a law. The moral implications of a man going off to impregnate another woman would be devastating to married couples. (Burleigh and Wippermann, 2000).
Women were not projected to occupy any work in the Nazi regime. In Weimar Germany, where new laws and regulations were passed after World War I, there were more than 100,000 female teachers, 13,000 female musicians, and 3000 female doctors. Shortly after Hitler's inauguration as the new chancellor of Germany, thousands of female workers were dismissed from their jobs. When Germany entered World War II, there were very few female employees working full time.
Therefore women were forced to give up work and have as many children as possible.
