             HR Practice.
             Many human resource practices were used in the study such as direct and indirect observation. Direct observation for the employees occurred in the training centres at the branch and was conducted using the form of a questionnaire. Employees also experienced indirect observation through tests of each individual employees work performance and training portfolio. They needed to maintain a safe working environment and had to ensure they had the right skills and responsibilities to perform the job accurately and efficiently. The questionnaires tested to see whether employees needed further training towards the railway and whether the trainers needed to improve upon things at the branch. The rating scale was then used to determine the degree of important of the four objectives that were derived from the questionnaire. The research techniques that were used were manager's inquiry and the interviewing process. The managers inquiry "are responsible oh human resource training and improvement" from the branch and "inquiry of trainers from all training centres" [Dan12]. Interviews were only conducted when participants were not able to express their answers through the questionnaire. They felt that an interview would be of greater value because participants were able to add meaning to their responses to the questions they were asked and interviews are more personal in terms of being face to face with another to express their responses. .
