They automatically get your order and make it and give it to you that second after you order it. Coffee beans service is very slow pace and they tend to forget what coffee orders come to them at times, which makes customers wait and lose interest in drinking their coffee. Starbucks serves customers very friendly, which makes the atmosphere more enjoyable. Even if they make your coffee bad, or if you're not satisfied with your coffee, you can just go up to them and they will gladly make your same drink and give it to you for free. However, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf serves customers very normally with no sense of happiness and if you aren't enjoying the coffee they made you, they won't serve you another one.
