During the preparation stage of my middle school entrance exams, I was too confident about my academic performance based on the fact that I was always good at exams before. When everyone else was trying their best to acquire higher marks, I chose to sit around and believed that my foundation was solid enough to handle the exam. The results turned out to be dissatisfactory since I missed lots of important point. I learned a lesson from this failure that I should never walk on air for my past success, instead, face all the challenges in life with a right attitude and never stop seeking better. The only key to success is constantly improving, enriching and challenging myself.
Lacking Time Management Skills and Making Excuses.
When I was in grade 10, I was on a stage that I had to cope with both my school work and studying TOEFL at the same time. School work was overwhelming enough and TOEFL can't be slacked off either.I failed to manage my time efficiently at that time and always blamed studying TOEFL was the reason for my declining performance in school, never tried to face my own problems. Since then, I have learned the importance of efficiently managing my time in case of double, even multiple tasks. More importantly, always look for own problems instead of finding excuses.

Giving Up My Interest For More Time In Studying.
When I was in middle school, in order to win more time for studying, I chose not to continue studying painting and piano on weekend.This was a shame for me since I failed to understand how equally even more important interests were in my life. Those skills can not only make me more versatile and accomplished , but also offer me a competitive edge in the society and make my life more colorful outside of work.
Did Not Take an Internship Seriously and Being too Delicate.
