Personal Consequences of Abortion

Fifthly, during the fifth month the hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, and eyelids appear. At this time, the fetus can weigh up to one pound and can be up to ten inches long. During the sixth, seventh, and eight month the fetus opens its eyes has red and wrinkled skin, and is growing quickly. There is a tremendous brain development during the ninth month and the fetus is fully developed and changes position. The baby can weigh at least seven pounds and at least 19 inches long. If that point is anywhere between zero and nine months then how would killing this be different than killing you? Abortion should be outlawed throughout the entire United States due to the damage it does to our fundamental principles and because of the fact that it is no different than murder.
             This principle of due process logically supports my stand because the Constitution protects individual rights. Article 14, Section 1, states that all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
