            My three week improvement project really opened my eyes. There were two aspects that I wanted to improve or make better. Those two aspects were: what I ate, and exercise. I found, at times, it was hard to keep up with my goals, but in the end I did succeed. I think that this was a very good idea, because now I know what I have to change or alter to live better.
             During the past three weeks I watched and changed many of my eating habits. I cut down on junk food and sweets. I limited myself to one sweet food, or one item of junk food a day. I made it a must to have one or two fruits or vegetables a day. I mostly drank water and milk; I tried not to drink pop. I do think that I still need to cut down on how much pop I drink. I tried to limit myself to one or two helpings at a meal. Overall in my goal of watching what I ate and changing negative eating habits I think that I did very well. Yes, there are things I need to improve and I plan to do so.
             My second goal of this project was to exercise more, especially after soccer. Out of the three weeks, I did not exercise six of those days. Most of the days that I missed were only one or two days out of the week. Most of the exercise I did was walking. I felt that it was easiest to walk, because I could do it even if I was not feeling well. After the project is over I plan to continue walking three to four days a week.
             In closing I"m thanking my health teacher because I think this made me realize what I need to change to have a better lifestyle. .
