A clerical Officer was questioned for an hour about HIV/AIDS Commission collaboration with other organizations in Barbados as they take part together in social partnership. This tool was chosen because it allowed the opportunity to ask more open ended questions and gain a greater level of feedback that in turn helped to inform the conclusion and recommendations. .
             For the secondary research, relevant academic sources, in the form of books, journals and websites, were utilised to create a detailed 'Literature Review'. This Literature Review comprised of several different countries to which make use of the Social partnership process as well as speaks to issues happening with the world today. The data collected from the primary research was subsequently organised into useful information and was outlined in the 'Findings'. These findings were then evaluated using the applicable theory highlighted in the Literature Review as well as the general knowledge gained in the course of Social Partnership. This analysis of the findings was documented in the 'Analysis' section.  Subsequently, appropriate relations to the Business, Government and Society models were made based on the information analysed and the research project was concluded.  .
             FINDINGS.
             Non Governmental Organization (NGO) reaches out to the community at various levels. They assist people living with HIV/AIDS with care and support. Also, they assist families and children that are affected. There is a HIV/AIDS education committee in place that provides activities to help the spread of HIV/AIDS. The Civil Society Organization (CSO) has included education about HIV/AIDS in session and also sports. This organization has assist women who were abuse, sex workers and Gay and lesbians. .
             Within the Government, the ministry of health has assisted in care and support with people living with HIV/AIDS, treatment and created prevention activities.
