It is time to act, it is time to improve and do something for students with special skills. Their skills should be use and applied to make them mark in the society they live in. Students with special skills need support in order to choose a course that they want. They need to gain necessary knowledge, skills and attributes to achieve their ambition to the highest level of learning and participate successfully in the society to enrich their life and maximize their achievements.
Relative to this matter, (Factors Why Freshmen Students Chose BSA as Their Course) will be launch during 2nd semester SY 2014-2015 at Tomas Claudio Colleges, Morong, Rizal. Its mission is to establish awareness for the students on choosing a course on tertiary level for them to achieve what they really want to be someday and not to choose a course just because of the opinion of others.
But, the main questions waiting to be solved are; what will be the future of the students after choosing a course because of their parents, what comes after engaging to a course that they really don't want, what will be the relevance of those reasons that affecting the performance of the students and the possible effects of choosing a course that they really don't want, also the good effects of choosing the course that they want. This should be the beginning of a new dynasty for the students to decide for themselves. .
Setting of the Study.
The study took place at the town of Morong, Rizal during the school year 2014-2015. The municipality of Morong is located between the towns of Binangonan and Tanay proper. The town is known for providing quality services and education about business related courses over Rizal Province. It is also known for having education as its priority; "Education is First! ".
40 selected freshmen BSA students were chosen as the respondents of the study. All of them were given and answered questionnaire-checklist presented by the researchers.
