Sniffer sleuth was made solely to monitor the drivers who use their phones behind the wheel, in those countries where that act is prohibited by law. It is a simple gadget but complex in design and its capable of detecting the traffic arising from the phone usage hence effectively monitoring the driver actions. The idea came about from the action of some drivers who put their phones down whenever they see the police patrol cars, or when a police officer come nearby and then they continue using it alongside driving when they are past that. This has made those reckless drivers to effectively hide from being caught. Therefore, the sniffer sleuth II is made to monitor the driver all the time and report whenever a driver goes against the laws if it is an offense in the said country.

Call it a sniffer gun because of the shape of this green gadget, but it doesn't practically fire at the driver. Rather, it detects the driver who is using the phone to call, text or surf while driving. The frequencies are then transmitted which can be easily received by the patrol police nearby and hence the police are able to identify the source of the waves, the phone from where the waves are originating from and hence bringing the culprit to justice. It is a great achievement as it will help curb those drivers who do all the talking, messaging or surfing while driving especially in states where any of the above is illegal by the laws of the state.
