This is the first rule that should be considered by everyone, who is going to work with foreign partners and make a career abroad. The managers often behave in a foreign country as in their native one. Even people with a big experience often believe that any business model can be adopted one-to-one. However, the difficulty lies precisely in the details. One should not yield to the popular belief that with the English language he will always open the road to each company abroad.
