For example, let's consider an IT startup company, we can produce ample of job opportunities for the people of all the ages. People who are in minority age group can be assigned data entry jobs, senior citizens can be assigned clerical level jobs and also jobs in the n departments, and last but not the least Research and Development jobs can be assigned to experienced engineers and Quality analysis jobs can be given to fresh engineers. In this way by funding new startups we can overcome economy depression.
The second crisis USA is facing is shortage of natural resources like fossil fuel. To preserve fossil fuels for our upcoming generations we have use hydroelectricity and nuclear energy in power plants in place of fossil fuels. Moreover engineers can discover fossil fuel battery alike electric battery, that can help us to store fossil fuels for next generation. We use solar energy and wind energy to produce electricity, also use of hybrid vehicles that runs on solar energy should be encouraged. If above measures are taken to preserve fossil fuel, then our next generations would be able to use fossil fuels.
