For a long time now immigration has been a hot topic in the United States. A lot of people have different stand points on immigration. My view point is that, if they are here going the jobs that we don't want to do and not causing any trouble, they should be able to stay. Everyone deserves a chance to live the "American Dream" no matter who they are. .
Immigration dates all the way back to the 1800's. (immigrationeis.org) Every year more and more immigrants were coming over to the United States. Whether they had all the right papers, or came into the United States illegally the amount of immigrants kept going up. Most immigrants these days come over from Mexico, but they come from all over the world trying to find jobs and start a better life in America. .
My view point on immigration is that we should let them stay. A lot of people think that immigrants are criminals, because most of them are in the United States illegally. What people don't realize is those immigrants are doing most of the jobs that we don't want to do, they are doing things that need to be gone in order to keep the United States in order. Another reason why I think they should be able to stay is because everyone deserves a chance at a good life, and most immigrants have been in the United States for over seven years. We shouldn't be able to take away the life that they have built here in the United State. They come here ready willing to do whatever they have to just to make some money. It is a good thing that they are here, because they are doing the things that we don't want to and that is helping us, not hurting us. .
If people are wanting to come in, and they have good skills and are going to help the country they should be allowed. The ones that shouldn't be allow are the one who are criminals and want to hurt the country. I don't think we should allow the ones who are not going to make the United States a better place.
