Currently values are not taken into account, there are many professionals who study only to get a good positions in a company or just for gaining money but in their successful way they hurt to others.
This type of behavior observed in people can also be observed in teachers because each year a lot teachers took their degree but their diplomas are just used to get a good place at a private school or a state one.
The most important thing for a director must be students and not the money that he can get from each enrolled student. The school might provide an education based not only on knowledge about subjects but also in those values that society has lost.
How could a school could train good students if it does not have teachers without values so needed to train people who way be useful to their country.
A well trained student will also serve as a good example to society that the school where he/she studied has qualified teachers to provide them the attention they deserve.
We must remember that we cannot offer something you do not own, if a teacher is not polite as he will be able to correct or instruct his/her students in a good way.
Other thing that is necessary remember is parents leave their children at school around five hours per day and no parent would like to hear bad words from their sons which they learnt from their teachers, that could be terrible for the school or Educational Institution.
Values are acquired and develop during life, a lot of teachers should be worry about developing than values like qualities that a teacher should have are a lot but they can be condensed in three such as: responsibility, patience and humility.
All companies like schools need employees with their value which is very important in order to everything goes well, this value is known as responsibility.
Just imagine what would happen if a worker attend late to work, this would produce less that another one who attends to his job on time, another problem would be that nobody will assign to an irresponsible person a great work because he will not realize well.
