Biography of Benjamin Franklin


            Benjamin Franklin, one of the most well- known historical figures of American history's contribution has earned him many titles in the history of the United States such as Writer,Politician, Inventor and Scientists.People often overlook his many talents, but they are continuously bump into the influences that Benjamin Franklin was a part of , which has formed a foundation throughout history.After reading his autobiography it will show any scholar that Benjamin was a wise man that expressed his mistakes and accepted his wrongdoing which lead to him excelling in his talents.
             Benjamin Franklin learned from different types of written styles and created a new style that was praised by the colony.In part one of the autobiography Benjamin Franklin writes a letter to his grandson explaining why he began writing the autobiography. He continued on by stating that a person cannot relive his life but they can write about it." Hereby,too I shall indulge the inclination so natural in old men, to be talking of themselves and their own past actions; and I shall indulge it without being tiresome to others, who through respect age, might conceive themselves obliged to give me a hearing,since this may be read or not as any one pleases" (Franklin,7) . Franklin then continued on about his training days as a young man in his brothers "Josiah Franklin's printing shop".He began working at "The New England Courant" which was a printing shop". Working at this shop introduced Franklin to different types of writing styles that he later adapted those styles and created his own unique style. Years upon that Franklin's writing skills became so good that people recognized it. After a death of Mr.Denham, Franklin goes back to working with his previous worker Keimer and that doesn't work out and he ended up going into his own business and opened his own printing shop " Pennsylvania Gazette" .
