Cannabis Science is the first publicly traded cannabinoid company on the market and the only publicly traded company that is involved in cannabinoid- extract based formulations. Cannabis Science is developing novel cannabis based approaches to treat the world's most deadly illnesses. They learn from patients about the healing properties of cannabis medicines. As well in recent news, Gov. Cuomo of New York passed in his State of the State address that he is using his administrative powers to allow twenty hospitals to dispense marijuana to patients under State Department of Health regulations. Once again this is another sign for the overall growth and potential of marijuana as legal consumer discretionary product with companies such as Cannabis Science leading the way with its research and distribution.
