             Unemployment is something that we have unfortunately become more aware of in the recent years. It has affected millions people all across the globe in so many different countries. Unemployment is known as when a person is actively searching for employment but is unable to find work. It's a very important factor used by the government to help determine the state that the economy is in. Unemployment can be caused by many different things and can have many problems created. .
             There are three types of unemployment that each have their own causes to why that person would be classified as unemployed. Starting with fictional unemployment, this occurs from the time delays of finding new employment in a free market (http://www.economicshelp.org/blog/glossary/frictional-unemployment/). There are many different ways that fictional unemployment come into place. When you graduate from a university, you might not find a job right away and you could spend some time searching. Another situation could be getting fired, you're switching between jobs, laid of because of seasonal demand, or you're choosing to be unemployed because you're waiting for a better opportunity. A lot of young adults experience frictional unemployment while searching for their very first job. Economists will use this term that consists of workers that are either searching for a jobs or waiting to take jobs in the future (BOOK). Frictional unemployment shows that the market labor isn't perfect and has become inevitable. .
             Adding on to being laid off because of seasonal demand, the structure of the economy does change from month to month. During the holidays at the end of the year, the demand for employment is high to keep up with consumers buying goods. As soon as the holidays are over, companies lay off any extra employees and you could experience seasonal unemployment. Amusement parks could have seasonal unemployment during the winter months because of less people visiting.
