How much exercise should people get on average daily? This question has many answers because everyone is different. Now, everyone should get at least an hour, but how many people actually get up and do it? We don't know, which is one of the United States many problems. We are one of the fattest countries yet no one is concerned with our nation's health. I can't comprehend how people know what fast food, unhealthy food choices and lack of exercise does to their body and will not do anything about it. The excuses to why people can't workout are beyond me. "I work late, " "I have too much homework, " "I have a party to go to. " These are NOT valid excuses for being unhealthy. 20 minutes is better than no minutes. There is never any reason that you can't get off your bum and go to the gym, walk around the neighborhood, even buy a workout tap, there are lots of options for every type of situation out there. .
The amount of exercise you get will depend on your time (note: MAKE time to exercise, getting healthy is more important than anything else). Like I said before, it doesn't matter how long, as long as you start. It's better to be sore tomorrow than sorry tomorrow. Depending on a person's reasons to get healthy, the length of time differs and what they eat. I'm sorry, but any level headed human being knows that going into McDonald's ordering a BigMac with a larger fry and gets a DIET soda makes no difference on those fats and thousands of calories. Fast food period is bad, it's easier to go home and make a salad or making your own food because you know what's being put into it and you know what you're going to get out of it. Eating healthy and exercising will help you lose weight and get fit. .
A person can work out for hours on end and not see any results, why? Because of the food they eat. Dieting and exercising go hand in hand, you can't really have one without the other. If you haven't changed your disgusting eating habits than its obvious you wouldn't see any results.
