The "research hubs" purpose is to ensure America is first with the new advancement in technology and to ensure these jobs are kept in the United States. We live in a technology driven society, and in order to be number one in advancement our country has to be creative, and to incorporate research universities with businesses is the best way. Unfortunately, inequality is found where opportunities are not afforded to everyone. Matching job training to jobs now allows no excuse for those willing to get the necessary training needed for advancement. Therefore, Auguste Comte process of Positivism supports this idea of creating equality within the workforce. Comte believed that when society becomes set on a particular course, it must be found what causes it to change.
