Job Strategy

            My name is Ilse Perez and I am excited to be considered for the opportunity to work as your Brand Specialist in the Amazon Fashion Department. I am perfect for this position because I am an enthusiastic individual who loves fashion and is ready to take on new challenges. Three years ago I started my own fashion blog and I gained enough readers and publicity to be paid and sponsored by worldwide companies like Kleenex and Maybeline Cosmetics. I have read countless books on the subject and I am confident in my skills to advertise and increase the likability of any product. In this paragraph I introduced myself and I established my ethos as described in Chapter 5 of the textbook. My credibility was quickly recognized by the fact that I have been supported by well known brands. I also was able to achieve that with a little charisma by expressing my excitement immediately. I had a pragmatic approach as stated in Chapter 8 of the textbook, by stating that I could increase likeability of any product. I believe this would serve as an incentive for the company, the increase in revenue that I can help contribute to. .
             My qualifications are as follows.I am currently employed as a Marketing Coordinator at the Law offices of Mark S. Nelson in Modesto California. As Part of my duties, I have developed and implemented advertising campaigns that are cost effective and valuable. My experience allows me to create and execute marketing strategies which will expand your company. In addition, my organizational abilities allow me to set goals that can be achieved. I work very well in fast-paced environments; this has increased my creativity and has also helped me increase flexibility. Although I thoroughly enjoy my job, I believe that I would further develop my skills and use creativity at a company like yours. In this paragraph I mention how I can execute marketing strategies that can expand the company. This is a form of Reward Power making this employment beneficial to myself and the employer.
