             In this project (assignment), I have documented a small-scale project regarding Yebeng Shoes. The project is divided into several activities and I must produce a written document as an end product of this assignment. This written report comprises of all the activities and findings starting from initial to end stage of a project. The objectives of this organization is to provide good services to customers and to attract customers to buy more products from them. .
             There are several problems faced by Yebeng Shoes.
             - How does a scope is managed .
             - How they manage their costs, time and administration.
             - How they allocate their resources.
             - How well do they communicate.
             - What are the risks and how to handle it.
             - The main findings of this project is the sales of the products.
             The major conclusion of this project is to enable customers to buy the products based on customer's preferences and their level of satisfaction.
             Introduction .
             The industry that I have choose to undertake the task of the project is YEBENG SHOES. Yebeng Shoes is a large company that sell shoes and bags. This company have several outlets for different areas, which allows customers to buy the company products at their nearest outlet. Below table are the area for Yebeng Shoes shop outlets:.

             - Damansara Area, Sungai Buloh Area.
             - Puchong Area, PJ Area.
             - Rawang Area, Kuala Kubu Area.
             - Cheras, Ampang Area.

             - Pudu Area, KL Area.
             - Klang, Shah Alam Area.
             - Perak Area.
             - Negeri Sembilan (Seremban, Sepang Area).

             The reason why I choose Yebeng Shoes is because I'm a regular customer for that company. I prepare all the documents and materials that are necessary to obtain information. I asked my father's help to send me to the Yebeng Shoes at Puchong Area.
