As he says, "No one wants to talk about the cost of the wedding. But ultimately, you do have to talk about it; the earlier you begin talking about it, the better"" (Lenderman 23). He also gives some other points while discussing budget. First, determining how formal you want your wedding to be is a big factor is coming up with a budget. Extravagant weddings, obviously, will cost much more while informal weddings will cost the least. After setting the budget is important to put it on paper to keep track of spending throughout the process (Lenderman 19-25).
