Constutional Amendments


            "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." The First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States.
             The first amendment was written by Thomas Jefferson, and effected on Dec 15, 1791, it is also known as Freedom of Speech, Press, Religion and Petition. The first amendment was established to prohibit the government making any law respecting an establishment of religion. It also forbids the government from established new religion and prohibits the government from preferring religion. The first amendment was also created to give the US citizen the right of speech, press, to practice religions. Basically the first amendment protects the people's right to practice any religion, to speak freely and assemble with others, to petition to the government and press. The first amendment was written because the citizen demanded a guarantee of their basic freedoms. In conclusion, the freedom of speech is one of the most important laws in the amendment because without the first amendment, the US citizen could not be able to voice their opinion freely. The constitution freedom of speech help the U.S become an improved country because they have taken note to their people voice and opinion which is a very powerful amendment out of all the amendment in the bill of right. .
             The IV Amendment.
             The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
             The fourth amendment is representing of the government, in other word, respecting citizen privacy and properties.
