This has transformed some countries almost overnight and left a backlash of unexpected economic downfalls do to oversight. .
             There is now a predominant concern about the moral, ethical and social legalities that have arisen over the last decade. Courts are in overdrive addressing the ethical and legal issues concerning personal privacy, legal rights as it pertains to personal and business lives, pornography or violence in media (Fairweather 1-16). This includes the moral and social issues with respect to medical advances and social monitoring, to name a few (Hartman 384-442). The government is also wrestling with the social impacts of globalization into other cultures due to deregulation. One of the major contributing factors in this global moral decay is the fact that technology is moving at such a rapid pace into third world nations due to the deregulation, causing a shift in empowerment from the "national states to transnational corporations" (Foley 1-26). At the same time, global dominating nations are encountering major setbacks with mass unemployment, falling financial backing and the wrath of social ethical uprisings against non-ethical compliant corporate and private maneuvers to manipulate social and political responsibility for financial gain (Unknown Author2).
