Without leadership a group of people quickly degenerates into argument and conflict, for we see things in different ways and lean toward different solutions. Leadership summons us in the same direction and harness our efforts jointly. Leadership is the ability to get other people to do something significant that they might not otherwise do. It's energizing people toward a goal. .
             Organizational culture seems like have no connection with leadership. However, this is not true. The definition of organizational culture is of the belief that can guide staff in knowing what to do and what not to do, including practices, values, and assumptions about their work (Staniland M, 1985). The core values of an organization begin with its leadership, which will then evolve to a leadership style. Subordinates will be led by these values and the behavior of leaders, such that the behavior of both parties should become increasingly in line. When strong unified behavior, values and beliefs have been developed, a strong organizational culture emerges. Leaders have to appreciate their function in maintaining an organization's culture. This would in return ensure consistent behavior between members of the organization, reducing conflicts and creating a healthy working environment for employees ( Christine Kane-Urrabazo, 2006).

             1. Jobs and Apple. At the beginning, Apple always stands at the top of the industry and offer perfect products to consumers. Under some conditions, Apple already surpasses the product concept to a symbol, and Apple's success has close relation with Jobs' leadership. Apple's highly creative time comes with the back of Jobs. Like Bill Gates represent Microsoft, Jobs is the representative of Apple. Apple's success comes from the creation of inspire among the industrialization. Jobs is the maker of this light and the strong power of Apple. Apple with Jobs and without Jobs could define this problem easily.
