Having a clean living area is about as essential as having place to call home. If someone can maintain a clean home, they can maintain a relaxed and stress free life style. When a person's home is not clean it creates a suitable environment for bacteria and pests to grow and breed. This, in turn, makes the inhabitant sick and uncomfortable within their living area. Just by doing simple tasks suck as; keeping up with piled up dishes or doing laundry, can create one less stress inducing variable. While in an operational military environment, maintaining a clean living space is very important. After a long working day, a person has hot and sweaty clothes. These clothes will obtain a very stale and musky odor if left unattended; this will result in an uncomfortable living area. As well as uncomfortable, it is just down right disgusting. After a short time the clothing will most definitely become an outstanding host for bacteria and parasites. Granted, maintaining a completely spot free home is difficult in itself. It is also unnecessary. There is not a real need to upkeep your living area to pass a "white glove inspection". It is, however, needed to upkeep a clutter free living area that is unsuited for bacteria to live, thrive, grow, and multiply.
Maintaining a healthy work environment is important to obtain a good work ethic. The cleaner your work space is, the more prone you are to want to complete your job with to the best of your ability. In the event of your work area becoming unclean and just a clutter mess, you become more prone to result in loss in production. When the production decreases, your employment may cease, all as a result of uncleanliness. As well as becoming unproductive, you may begin to lack motivation and your personal moral may also suffer. Being productive, having moral, and having motivation will get you through any type of work. .
