gov is the official web portal, for the United States Government. On this site at the top of the page are a toll free number, a search engine, and also an Espanola tab, for Spanish speaking people to view the website. This site has several categories from government jobs, benefits, financial resources, research on the hurricane Sandy recovery process and an A to Z list drop down box. This site also has explored topics. At the top of the page, under the tool bar, is a box you can scroll through with all sorts of topics. In bold lettering, with visual pictures of older people, says Estimate your Social Security Benefits. This website uses three types of information structures; chunking, clarifying headings, and providing overviews. All of these structures tell the reader what to expect with each tab, and where to go for this information, and always a contact email and number for questions and comments. .
In 2013, Gurak & Lannon wrote headings not only help chunk information into easily digestible parts but also guide readers through a page and signal the relative importance of topics (p.151). There are so many government sites, to obtain information and credible sources from. My next overview is The Library of Congress. The Library of Congress is the nation's largest repository of culture, as well as the largest functioning library in the entire world. This site was over flowing with information. After I refreshed my memory on the first president to current, I found myself drifting away from this assignment, then two hours later, reality set in, back to the paper I must go. This site consists of all concepts needed to ensure a great structure. There is outlining, sequencing, paragraphing, and most important clarifying headings (p. 83-101).

Science.gov is a great web site to find areas in research currently and previously as well as possible developing results and strategies used to obtain them.
