Since we are daycare service, we felt it would be a benefit to our customers to offer a small book and video store for a quick stop shopping location.
As a retailer, we here at Creative Beginnings offer a service oriented book and video store, which is classified as a shopping store, and an independent retailer. That provides a one-stop shopping location for those parents on the go. We feel that our value-added service offer that extra appreciation to customer by offering such services as special orders, shipping to your home, a book club, and books and videos that are updated months to reflect new books. We also have a computer system that lists all books and videos that are available for purchase from Creative Beginnings, as well as age appropriate recommended book lists. .
Customer service is a very important part of any business and as this is true, we here at Creative Beginnings have set a few standards. All home delivered orders are processed and shipped within 78 hours using FedEx Express or United Parcel Systems. Special orders are made within 48 hours with notification to the customer letting them now of an expected arrival date at home or store. We are also a firm believer that if it were not for our customers we would not have a business so there for we made sure each of our customers are treated with the same respect and curiosity we would want to be treated with. Service with a smile always brings a smile from a customer.
The goods we offer here at Creative Beginnings are ordered through warehouse agents who visit our location to inform of us new books they are offering as well as current interest rates in certain types of books.
