How You Escape From Stress


            Stress is one of the biggest enemies of human being. It affects one's health, personality and relationship with others. To get rid of stress, I will first find the cause of stress because I have different reasons that cause stress. The most common types of stress I face are with works, with friends and with me.
             Work related stress is very easy to combat. I simply stop working for a while. When reading same page for more then three times and I could not understand what it said, this is stress. I go to hall and talk to my colleague but not on work related topic. Staring at computer and doing nothing, I understand what this cause, a stress. I go for a little walk in fresh air. Moving away from it for some times can reduce this type of stress.
             Another reason causes stress is friends. My friends could have personal problem that (made anxious both of us) cause anxiety to them as well as me. It may possible my friends quarrel with me or vise versa. Here, the solution (cure for stress) is talking with them and being with them. Unlike the work, one cannot go away from friends.
             Stress, I cause to myself is not easy to relieve. If I feel bother about exam or anxious about my future, there is very little for me to do. I can say to myself keep patience, do your best and give up the rest on God.
             It is important to live stress free life. I can avoid stress by moving away, talking or facing it for betterment of my health, relationship with others and my personality.
