Two weeks to opening, David gets every little detail done, visits by product venders for unambiguous purveyor from wine wholesaler to seafood wholesalers. For the pre-opening David stages a three event promotion, one for the press, free cocktails, and the other two are for the public to get interest in coming to the restaurant. Overall David loves the energy and the competitiveness of the business. And today Garo's still is open for business.
