             It is also worth mentioning George Bush's extreme capitalist policies that create more poverty and eliminate social programs. Even the programs that the congress has seen suitable to preserve a balanced economic policy will suffer budget cuts to fund the war (Francis Boyle 3).
             George W. Bush has bribed threatened and intimidated other United Nations members to rally support for this aggressive attack. It is clear that President Bush has paid members of the UN Security Council to support this aggression or to withhold from voting counter wise. The United State's Treasury reserves have been used for such an immoral cause. .
             Egypt was forgiven Seven Billion of its debt without any congressional approval. The Soviet Union was promised over Seven Billion in aid. Zaire was promised military assistance, and partial forgiveness of its debt. Saudi Arabia was promised more than Twelve Billion dollars in arms supply. This number was reduced from Twenty One Billion dollars after rejection from the US congress and the Israeli government. Yemen was threatened with the termination of support. The USA supported China with 140 Million dollars. The USA finally paid 178 Million dollars of its debt to the United Nations. (Francis Boyle 3).
             George Bush is clearly guilty of using weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.
