Privacy is very important. That time is used for dressing, bathing, and other personal hygiene's. When your helping an elderly person get dressed, it should always just be you and the elderly person. The elderly should never be exposed to any outsiders in the nude. If you need help, make sure the person you get to assist you is someone the elderly person is comfortable with. You should never have conversation about what goes on in the elder's household.
The elderly can use someone is full of energy. That could help assist them. Young men and women are good for the job. They are full of energy, and all their limbs are fresh. Older people might be good for the job, because some have patients. Someone close to the elder's age could understand what is necessary, and what is not necessary.
