The Chinese have so many problems similar to those of Russia. They essentially have what the soviets had. The army is very important. Its leader has the power to intervene into politics and the economy. Chaos is the reason that the army is so directly involved with the nation's government. Also, similarly to Russia the army controls the parties. They pick the people to run for the political offices. China's government also doesn't support the industry therefore the nations economy has never gotten into the consumer market. China needs to follow a market similar to that of Japan. Japan looks solely to the worlds consumer market and with the support of the national government they are doing very well. They need to get their voices out in order for change to occur. France's executive system would be good for China because they need to have one person who is elected directly from the people, and China seems comfortable with one person having so much power in the government. By following a model similar perhaps china could pulls itself into the twenty-first century as a major world power. China needs to fights way free of communism but first it needs to look to other nations for inspiration.
China has way too much of a military budget. Japan's economy is based mainly on the fact the industry and the government work in synch with one another. They have a strong work ethic, a mastery of high technology, and they have a comparatively small defense stipend.3 They have succeeded in their goal to be one of the most technologically powerful countries in the world. Another good thing that happens in Japan is the supplier, the manufacturers, and the distributors all work together to ensure success as a whole. The government aids the industries so it is very rare for a business to go bankrupt. The government also decides what is to be manufactured so that no one company misses out on an opportunity to grow with the economy.
