Some groups even create and promote their own political parties to publicly voice their opinions. Some groups have even been known to have one of their own runs for a certain position. .
Some special interest groups get involved with protesting. These are usually a certain number of people from the group who are very devoted to their cause. Even though protests are legal, most of these protestors cross the line and break the law to gain attention and exposure. Protests can range from a small private and non-violent event to a nationwide affair.
