INTRODUCTION.
By Ibrahima Coulibaly.
Among the multitude of remarkable Enterprises in the industrial and commercial landscape of America, Coca-Cola Corporation has particularly retained the attention and the interest of our team, in choosing a unique company as the object of our present Human Resources Project.
Coca-Cola, from a humble origin, since 1886 from Atlanta, Georgia (Oliver, 1986), has grown very large, and has recorded a good number of milestones, which serve as mirror of an extremely successful evolution of this multinational giant, in attaining its amazing leadership position in the global industry and market of today.
The rationale behind our choice is the fact that Coca-Cola is the world most recognized corporation. It has enjoyed a steady prosperity, unbroken during almost an entire century.
