Coming Of Age

The unemployment and the great big "Doom". People were worried in the similar fashion during the advent of international trade. They thought smart Japanese men were going to take over their jobs and they were going to be left at home forced to watch their favourite shows on a Japanese television. Well we have come a long way since then and still America is better off than Japan. What international trade did was not leave people jobless, it just relocated their jobs and offered a newer scope to the future generation. In his Novel the "The Choice" by economist Ricardo he talks about how people misinterpret international trade, as to how they look at the present benefits while giving up on the future. .
Responsibility is an important issue in every aspect of life. Drucker talks about the importance of information responsibility. The information specialists are key players in this game. He says that in the future these payers will be the ones who will handle all the market. There will be no unwanted layers in these business companies, everyone employed will have a specific task to fulfill and everything will be information specific. He also gives the example of the British ruling India, a country with a very huge population run by a few British officials. He say the reason they were able to accomplish that, was because they were organized and their system was what took them to those heights. So do we chose the path of the British and go rule Mexico on the basis of organization, No, what it is meant to do is to show us the strength of organization and resource allocation. .
Some people will agree with Peter Drucker, while some wont and maybe most part of the country's population won't agree with him, why, because he is talking of something that is going to cause a lot of changes in the system. People losing their jobs, some being pushed beyond poverty lines, some going to bed on an empty stomach, their kids not being able to go to school, some turning to alcohol.
