Coming Of Age

The world is advancing and we have been taught that if u are left behind u will grow up to be poor and a loser. So what is everyone busy doing now a day, they are preparing for the next change. A person working a computer programming job is worried about; what is the next break through software that the companies are going to introduce and what is going to be its effect on his job. I don't blame him, but I am in support of the modernization of issues and so I am with the coming of the new organization.
Peter Drucker in his article talks about how he thinks that computer based information technology will take over the jobs once done by men. He is not wrong in his thinking and it would be wrong to oppose such advancement. Had we thought about the farmers in the beginning of the 19th century we would never had reaped the benefit of non seasonal fruits and other products. I at the same time am not implying that we should accept everything that science throws at us. Now the question is who is the right person to judge this call, whether it is worth it for thousands of people to lose their jobs to a mere computer that man built himself, but if that is so, the newer breeds of more advanced computers are also being built by man. Well in that case who is to decide who judges these decisions, and the questions never end. The idea is that just as one cannot hold back time he cannot hold on to what time brings along with it. He has to accept it and work with it. .
Drucker, In his article talks about the proper assignment and placement, in other terms about the proper organization of data. Isn't that what man has been doing since Adam, is getting better and that by being more organized , in the way he thinks, the way he dresses , the way he works and in the way he lives his life. So what is wrong with this change. The main issue is not about right or wrong, it is about what effect it is going to leave on the people.
