Criminal Justice Improvements

I feel that if a law enforcement officer pulls over someone that is suspisous or is driving a suspisous veichle and does not have a warrant he/she should still have the privalege of searching the veichle without consent, I feel that veichle should not be considered private, it is a moving automobile and should be searched if it is looking suspisous, the same thing happens at the airport when we wait in line at the airport are bags are searched throught, the same goes for driving a veichle
48% of the 50% of crimes that are reported get a warrant issued. Obvisouly if a enforscement officer pulls over a motor veichle for looking suspisous speeding, or any other driving offense and the refuse to let the officer to look in the trunk then there is a good chance that there is something illegial in the trunk. But for home owners I feel that a search warrant should still be issued, I still feel that homes are someones privacy but if there is probably cause that illegal activity is going on then issure the warrant and do buisness.
The next step of choise I would like to talk about is arrest, and within this topic I am going to talk about policemen and violence. First of all only 25% of crimes with a warrant come throught with an arrest. I think when it comes to arresting a citizen for a crime law enforcement officers should have the upper hand which is meaning that not to settling an arrest with police violence or unecissary roughness, but law enforcement officers carry guns and nightsticks for a reason and in present time if a officer uses one or the other it can be a huge deal and it is called police brutatlity, I feel that if a criminal (felon) is on the run police have the right to fire a weapon, but not intent to kill, an example of true police brutality is the footage we watched in class of the Miami cops beating on the african american man after runnig, okay maybe one shot to the head would be fine but the policemen were giving him blows to the head after he was hand cuffed and or restrained, that is unnessisary, what is nessisary is for police to be the enforcers, I feel that if police used more force then there would be a less crime rate.
