Who's Playing?

My thirty-five dollars gives me a seat in the grass. Tall light polls stand throughout the grass area. A TV screen hangs down from the light polls so that people in the area can see the bands closer. I proceed to a section of the grass and sit down with my friends. I gaze down and look at the stage and see thousands of people drinking, eating, discussing, and getting ready for the show. There is punk background music playing on the huge stereo. Speakers hang from the light polls as well. Numerous people are trying to go from the high seating level to the lower ones, but the security is really tight on checking ticket stubs. Next, the lights dim a little. I see the stage crew setting up assorted instruments. For example, there are drums (percussion), a bass guitar (strings), an electric acoustic guitar (strings), and amplifiers (electric). They are stored in enormous hard black plastic cases. People one by one are starting to settle into to their seats as the concert gets closer to starting. Finally the lights are off and the music from the stereo fades away. Fan's cheers come left, right, up, and down preparing for the show. There is a moment of silence from the stage for a quick minute. Chatters rustle throughout the crowed like pop corns popping. All of a sudden the band appears. Sounds from the speakers are greater than before. FenixTx greets the crowd and says, "What's up Sacramento?" From the start the band is trying to get the crowd pumped up. There are three of them with baggie jeans, raggedy t-shirts, face piercing, and tattoos all over their bodies. Screaming and yelling, the crowd greets the band back. The band continues and starts their song set. Once the music is playing the energy intensely rises. People in the lowest seating section are jumping and pushing in the mosh pit circle. The next group is bobbing their heads while jumping in place. In my section everyone is standing up with his or her heads starring at the TV screen.
