Stereotypes of Indians

The stereotypes I can think of are reservations that they live at and that no one else can live there except American Indians. They have their own laws by their reservations, so if we trash passed a reservation we will be prosecuted by their own law. Majority of the casinos are own by American Indians that are owned in their reservations. They spend majority of their money in drinking. They have a high rate of alcoholism. .
American Indians have portrayed their culture as tribal and they are still living as tribes, who use arrows and bows to hunt and kill. They are spiritually believers, they belie in their ancestral spirits coming back and they also believe in curses. On media and television you always see Indians wearing leather clothes and with either feather head piece, silver jewelry with Jade stone in it, sometime they show their tribes and how they stick to their tribes.
Negative things about them are that they stay within their tribes; they do not socialize too much with other outside of their tribes. They are different from other tribes. Majority of the Americans do not know much about the American Indians and they often make mistakes by asking to do things that they can't. .
They struggle to get their land back; they want to keep their own laws. They struggle to keep this land sacred as possible. The reality is that their loosing their culture and there is a low population of American Indians right now. They have to keep their people in their tribes and make sure that they don't change to the modern way.
