             To ensure its employees deliver the right experience to the visitors, US Disneyland partnered with its employees. The employees of Disneyland were involved in decision-making. They were also well trained in handling situations with visitors. Instead of given a lot of standard operating procedures, they were given an understanding of the main ideas of the business. Connecting the employees to the mission and vision of the company was an important part of the Disney culture because it helped establish for the employee a connection to the company as a whole.
