             III. Culminating Activities.
             1. The first week they will be doing aerobic exercises.
             2. The second week they will be focusing on weight lifting.
             3. On the last day of class they will be given a demonstration exam.
             IV. Evaluation Procedures.
             .
             The unit evaluation is based primarily on their participation and effort in every class. The students can enjoy the non-competitive atmosphere that this unit creates. They should do each class to the best of their ability and enjoy what they are doing.
             Bonus Marks:.
             The students will be given the opportunity to earn 5 Bonus Marks within this unit. The first ten students that bring completed aerobic plans to the teacher will be given the opportunity to lead the class in a ten minute cardiovascular presentation!.
             Daily evaluation is based upon students effort and participation with the physical education class. Formal evaluation occurs at the end of each unit when a written examination along with a performed skills test occurs.
             Participation.
             Students receive a mark each day concerning the amount that they have participated in the required activities. Students are expected to show up to class each day ready to participate. They are therefore expected to be changed in suitable physical education clothing along with appropriate footwear. Students are also graded on the amount of effort that they put forth each day. It is expected and required that they try their hardest each day to improve their own abilities and fitness.
