             Fitness is a way we keep ourselves health, and active. Fitness has many benefits, but is not easy to achieve. It requires a lot of hard work, patience, and most importantly mental support.
             There are many components to physical fitness. These include Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, Body Composition, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Power, Speed, Reaction Time, and Cardio respiratory Fitness.

             Muscular Strength: The amount of force that a muscle or a group of muscles can exert for one repetition. .
             Muscular Endurance: The capacity of the same muscle or group of muscles to sustain a series of repetitive contractions.
             Flexibility: The range if movement if a specific joint or group of joints.
             Body Composition: The component parts of the body. There are two main parts of the body. Body Fat and Lean Body Mass.
             Agility: The ability to change and control the direction of your body while in motion. .
             Balance: The ability to keep your body stable while in either a moving or static position.
             Coordination: The ability to use two or more parts of your body together in order to perform a task.
             Power: The ability to perform quickly an activity that requires strength.
             Speed: The ability to perform a movement to cover a distance on a maximum amount of time. .
             Reaction Time: The time it takes for the brain to receive information and to send a message to the muscles to initiate movement. .
             Cardio respiratory Fitness: The healthy functioning of the circulatory and respiratory system. These systems are made up of your heart, lungs, and blood vessels. .
             Muscular Strength is about how much muscle power an individual has. Examples of it include pushups, sit ups, and any other exercise that involves using your muscles, to the max.
             Muscular Endurance is about how strong a group of muscles can be repetitively. An example of it includes pushups, sit ups, wall sit, and running.
