The new way of learning and exploring.
One afternoon I found myself walking down the street to the steps of a large building. As I walk up the stairs I pass between two giant pillars that guard the entrance, and I feels a drop in temperature as I he walked inside. While my eyes adjust to the abrasive fluorescent lighting, sounds of hushed conversations reached my ears. Looking at my surroundings, directly in front of me I saw a librarian patiently waiting for the next person in need of expert advice. To my left I observed rows upon rows of neatly shelved pages in what appeared to be arranged alphabetical. The right shows more of the same. It seems as if they never stop. The building is much bigger than it appears on the outside. So as I stared off into the distance in a daze I wondered, what is this place? As I took one step forward I was suddenly sent hurtling down a black abyss and as I jolted upright in my bed, I felt drenched with sweat. Then it came to me .Is the internet taking over the world. And if so what methods are being used to complete this feat and, what are today's webpage developers/designers doing to make it so easy? .
Today it is the internet that is becoming an essential part of modern society, and if someone were to imagine a world without it, this seem like an unrealistic thought more so than if the world was without paper or even books. It is nothing more than a bad dream. Since its beginnings in Ancient China, paper has not only revolutionized daily life, but it has also constructed a foundation for the digital storage revolution. Paper was invented by a Chinese man named Ts'ai Lun around the year 105 AD. The same cultural traditions or some form have been in existence and have been universally used as the way to communicate. Within the last ten or twelve year's paper and the ways of the past are being replaced. Essentially these new ways have become and are still becoming a very necessary part of modern society.
