             • parents should look after and guide their children. Young people should not be taken away from their parents' control, partly or entirely, unless nothing else suitable can be done.
At what age do kids know the difference between right or wrong?.
From when you are born your parents show you the difference between right and wrong, using punishment when he or she has done something wrong. In doing this the parents create a barrier between good and bad. I think even at a young age you will know what is right or wrong. If parents don't show responsibility and refuse to punish their child, this will create a habit of them thinking they can do what they want and there won't be consequences for their actions. This results in not feeling guilty for their actions. .
So what should the age be? Should it very from child to child? I think the age limit is fair. By the age of 11 years old you should know the difference between right and wrong and if you don't that will change quickly by the police. .

Should parents be held accountable for their child's actions? .
This is a very controversial subject. I think most parents try their very best in raising their pride and joy. No one tries to raise a criminal. These things just happen. Many things influence children from their peers, gangs and even bully's, areas that parents have little or no control of. I think parents should be held accountable for their children vandalizing of personal or public property. The children have no source of income and I don't think tax payers should pay for some rebelling teenager, leaving no one except for parents or legal guardians. On the other hand if a child has committed a federal offence (Ex. He or she murders a person in a gang fight.) I think there is no way the parents should go to jail or even be sued for their son or daughter's actions. They do the crime they do the time. I have researched this and found to very different sides to this debate both with respectable arguments.
