            All the answers to life's big questions such as: is there a god? , what does it mean to be human? are all Christological .
             Most Christians believe in the Trinity, a "God in Three Persons," consisting of Jehovah, the Father; Jesus, the Son; and the Holy Spirit. For example when we recite the Nicene Creed we state "We believe in one God. We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God. We believe in the Holy Spirit" this is a statement of our belief. .
             "Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness. . . ."" These thirteen words include three references to God's unique nature and the core doctrine of the Trinity. .
             "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God. . . . Through him all things were made- (John 1:1-3).
             It is a Christian belief that we were created in an act of sheer goodness of love and that we are called to share in endless sharing of divine life God created us with free will. "Remain under control of our own decisions", Gods will is for us to have free will and the freedom to do good and avoid evil.
             Jesus states that our purpose on earth is to "suffer and to serve" by doing God will.
             God gave humans a soul, a spiritual existence that distinguishes us from plants, animals, and other created elements.
             God gave humans domain over the earth.
             Ethical questions involving human beings encounter theological questions involving the meaning of being human. The theological questions concern our relationship with God and ask about creation, human power, mortality, individuality and personhood. To help answer these questions, we look to our scriptures and traditions.
             The question of human identity is connected somehow with our unique relationship with God.
             Human existence may be characterized as freedom.
             Freedom is the essence of being human, seen in actions of self- consciousness, thinking, understanding, weighing options, deciding, acting this way and not that. .
             However, no one is completely free; humans are related to and strong-minded by matter, the physical world of nature and the environment.
