truth as it is

What is truth? Some say truth is what sets them free, it may be a fact accepted by many, according the Webster's Dictionary truth is the body of real events, facts and things, yet others may argue that truth cannot be determined because of our language and the obscurity about it. .
Language is one of the most difficult means of communicating. It is a way of knowledge in itself, yet also a problem of knowledge. How can this be? Language enables us to communicate with others about our feelings, thoughts and emotions. Without it, we do not know what the world would be like, because we can not imagine not being able to communicate with another or understand them. But language also is confusing, and misunderstood because of the various meanings of words. For example, people use the "read" as a present tense verb, but the same spelling is also used for the past tense of the word. When people who are not familiar with our language try to understand it, it becomes difficult because of the various uses of the same word and the different meanings those words take on when used in the various tenses. .
Truth is obscure by the language we use in other languages as well; especially when it is translates from one language to another. In Spanish, "Soy medico" translated for word to English is "I am Doctor", yet in English we say, "I am a Doctor". What is the correct phrasing of the word? If a Spanish student is taking an English and he gets it wrong because he didn't put "a", would he really be wrong? If so, why? We try to account for this yet we have not. If this happens with just simple sentences, what about long conversations between people. When people are conversing with each other, and they were raised differently and in different parts of the world, they will speak differently and use other words with meanings that are not clearly understood by another. This is how language can be a problem of knowledge.
