The timed 10 m walk test is commonly used tool in clinical practice for measuring outcome following stroke it is quick simple and inexpensive. (Wade, 1992) .
Currently available gait assessment tools range from complex and expensive laboratory involving detailed analyses of kinematics and kinetics variables to simple measures used in the clinical setting such as timed 10 m walk test. (Wade DT, Wood VA).
High costs and problems with accessibility make laboratory gait analyses impractical for wide spread clinical use. Clinically based measures have the possible advantages of immediate availability, ease of administration, ease of interpretation, and low cost. .
