A few years later Helga gave birth to Sandra's little sister who now is a former lawyer. John was a former voice coach and Helga was a German opera singer, which later on in April 2000 died after a battle of cancer. .
At school Sandra was definitely a tomboy. Most likely she was to brighten up classmates days with her smile. At Washington Lee High School in class of 82 she was made a cheerleader. Sandra skipped school once to make out with her boyfriend, and Helga caught her. Sandra couldn't get away with any thing until she went to college because Helga kept a strict close eye on her. So she stayed on the good girl path. Sandra really hated to be called normal. She liked it better when she was called a freak because that was what others knew her as, and she knew herself as that too.
Later after High School she attended East Carolina University in, Greenville, North Carolina because she had a taste for stage ever since the age of 8. She studied dance and drama. Her mother let her play in little back round parts of her opera. Soon she was playing in Broadway and had small rolls in TV and movies.
A few years later she started to play big roles on TV such as Working Girl. Then began in movies like in Force of Nature, The Net, and 28 Days. She then had fans going crazy for her and mostly thought of her as a modern Doris Day.
But the girl that they all knew was very passionate about philosophy, architecture, and classic books like The Fountainhead. She also enjoyed dark comedies like the 70's Peter Sellers satire Being There. Now she plays in movies in the present time now that are basically Speed, Speed 2, While You Where Sleeping, Miss Congeniality, The Ya-Ya sisterhood and Murder by Numbers.
